About the Opportunity
WSP’s 2025 Graduate Programme in Planning, Property & Advisory offers early-career professionals the chance to contribute to transformative UK projects. You’ll join one of several specialist teams—Planning Consultancy, Land Referencing, Development Planning, or Digital Advisory—gaining hands-on experience and support towards professional chartership. The two-year programme features technical training, mentorship, and networking through WSP’s Professional Growth Network. With roles available across multiple UK cities and flexible start dates in April or September 2025, this is a chance to do meaningful work, develop specialist expertise, and build a long-term career.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking graduates who are curious, collaborative, and driven to make an impact. You should have:
- A 2:2 or higher in a relevant degree (e.g. Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, Digital Innovation)
- Interest in planning, infrastructure, consulting, or sustainable development
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Readiness to start in April or September 2025
- Willingness to complete a full application and behavioural assessment
