About the Opportunity
WSP’s 2-year Graduate Programme in Property & Buildings and Industry offers hands-on roles in Building Services, Building Structures, and Industrial Engineering. You’ll gain real project experience on high-profile developments like HS2 stations, 1 Undershaft, and large-scale pharmaceutical and hydrogen infrastructure. Alongside technical work, you’ll receive tailored training, mentoring, and support toward professional chartership. Locations span across the UK, with roles available in mechanical, electrical, structural, and control & instrumentation engineering. You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with strong ties to professional institutions, and benefit from a thriving internal network of early career professionals.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a 2:2 in a relevant engineering degree (discipline-specific)
- Passion for sustainable engineering and design
- Curious, creative thinkers eager to solve real-world problems
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Committed to starting in September 2025
