Due to internal promotion Worcestershire Children’s Services are looking for two candidates who will have a relentless focus on positive outcomes for our children and young people. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary service, working innovatively to help and support families. We want individuals who can work both autonomously and collaboratively using a strengths-based approach with families to facilitate enduring positive change.
You will support young people to be happy, healthy, and live safely within their families or trusted networks. As part of the role, you will support families to look at their daily routines and structure in order to create a positive environment their children to thrive in.
You will run individual and group activities, coupled with creating links with local activities and centres, working with local partners who provide activities for young people and engaging with schools, colleges.
In order to support you in delivering high quality interventions with families we will provide you with peer and management support alongside individual/group supervision.
