About the Opportunity
This UK-based Field Service Engineer role involves repairing, maintaining, and installing customer equipment while providing remote and on-site technical support. What We're Looking For
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in installations and repairs
- Customer-facing experience in technical support preferred
- Experience with Wide Format equipment, networking, and IT systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe with overnight stays
- Valid UK driving license and ideally based near Hertfordshire
