About the Opportunity
The Paralegal Academy offers a structured 12-month training programme in the Casualty Practice, providing hands-on experience in case management, legal research, and litigation. Successful candidates may progress to internal qualification routes based on performance. Expect a tailored development programme, on-the-job training, and mentorship from experienced legal professionals.
What We're Looking For
- 2:2 degree in any discipline (no prior legal experience required)
- BBC A-Level (or equivalent) – mitigating circumstances considered
- GCSEs: Grade C/4 in English Literature, English Language, and Maths
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Some knowledge of litigation is beneficial but not essential
