Duties

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce software or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
