What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old
Pass enhanced DBS, medical, fitness, eyesight and hearing checks
Strong communication, resilience, and decision-making skills
Ability to build constructive, respectful relationships
No formal qualifications required — personal qualities matter most
Right to work in the UK (see Civil Service nationality rules)
