About the Opportunity

The 2-year Hotel Revenue Graduate Programme is designed to develop future Revenue Managers, equipping you with expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, and revenue optimisation. You will gain hands-on experience at Executive level, working across Revenue, Central Team, and Meeting & Events functions, alongside structured training through the Optimise Revenue Academy. With mentorship from industry professionals and extensive career development opportunities, this programme sets you up for long-term success in hospitality revenue management.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Hotel, Leisure, Tourism, or International Hospitality
Passion for hospitality with a proactive and positive attitude
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous hospitality experience (preferred)
Flexibility on location to maximise learning opportunities
Right to work in the UK & Ireland
Clean driving licence (desirable but not essential)
