About the Opportunity

As a Resourcing Partner, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and improving the recruitment experience at Halfords' Support Centre. This dynamic role involves sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring journey. You’ll have the chance to drive process improvements, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the candidate experience, all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

📍 Location: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site in Redditch, Worcestershire)

⏳ Contract: Permanent, Full-time

What We're Looking For

Experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
Strong organisational skills to track recruitment activities and update stakeholders
Ability to manage and streamline recruitment processes efficiently
Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
Excellent communication skills to engage with hiring managers and candidates
A customer-focused approach, ensuring an outstanding recruitment experience
