PERSON SPECIFICATION
Graduate from Oxford or Cambridge University
Passionate about education and committed to classroom excellence
Strong academic track record (e.g. AAA at A-Level or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reflective, professional, and eager to grow as an educator
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
UK QTS welcome but not essential
