About the Opportunity
The Graduate Sales Programme is your fast track into fintech sales, working with the Benelux market. You’ll begin with an intensive bootcamp of workshops, lectures, and practical training to hone your commercial skills before moving into a hands-on role managing your own pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing deals. Alongside real client work, you’ll develop as a product expert and build a strong foundation for a high-performance career in an international environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- University graduate in 2024 or 2025
- Excellent phone communication and written skills
- Interest in sales and the financial industry
- Self-motivation and drive in a high-performance environment
- Bonus: prior internship or experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles
