Role Overview
The Part-Time HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR function across the business. This includes implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Irish employment law
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Advise and support line managers on employee relations and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance
- Support culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements
- Lead HR reporting and analytics for senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, ideally in a standalone or senior role
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Working Hours:
Option 1: Monday to Friday, mornings (e.g., 9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
Option 2: 1 full day and 3 additional half-days per week (flexible scheduling)
