About the Role
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with the English department to support students across KS3 and KS4
Assist in delivering engaging English lessons and targeted literacy interventions
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students who need additional help with reading and writing
Help prepare lesson materials and contribute to a positive learning environment
Get involved in extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes
What We're Looking For
A degree in English Literature, English Language or a closely related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
A genuine interest in education and working with young people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, supportive and enthusiastic attitude
Experience working with young people is a bonus, but not essential
