About the Opportunity

DWP is hiring Administrative Officers to join its Disability Services team in telephony-based roles. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, handling sensitive conversations, and updating digital records. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant responsibility and room for growth. Successful candidates will receive full training and may undertake a funded work-based qualification during work hours to support long-term career development. Salary: £26,770 + Civil Service Pension (28.97% employer contribution)
