About the Opportunity

DWP’s Retirement Services team is hiring Administrative Officers to deliver vital telephony and benefit support to customers. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, manage benefit claims, and resolve queries, making a real difference in people's lives. New starters will receive comprehensive training and may undertake a professional work-based qualification during working hours to support future career development. What We’re Looking For

Confident telephone communicator (inbound and outbound calls)
Ability to tailor service to individual customer needs
Willingness to learn and complete work-based qualifications
Able to handle sensitive and sometimes complex situations
Strong digital skills or willingness to develop them
Flexibility to manage a varied workload
Welsh language skills (desirable, not essential)
Salary: £26,770 + Civil Service Pension (28.97% employer contribution)
