About the Opportunity

As a Trainee Estimator, you’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training while working alongside the lead Estimator. You’ll learn how to interpret technical drawings, carry out material take-offs, and help prepare quotations for steelwork packages. With ongoing mentorship and exposure to real client and site visits, this role is designed to help you progress into a Senior Estimator role over time.

Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Able to commute to the office when required
