About the Opportunity
As a Trainee Technician, you’ll receive dedicated training across key areas such as heat treatment, electroplating, non-destructive testing, and aircraft component quality checks. With the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications (including Level 2/3 Engineering and NDT certifications), this is a fantastic route into a high-skill technical role in a sector where precision and expertise are key. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, alongside an experienced engineering team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a technical environment
- Hands-on background in engineering or machining preferred
