About the Opportunity

As a Business Support Officer, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support to senior leaders across the Agency. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in public sector operations, with responsibility across procurement, onboarding, meeting coordination, and internal systems like SharePoint. You’ll gain valuable exposure to government processes, work collaboratively across directorates, and enjoy access to extensive learning, flexible working, and one of the most generous pensions in the UK.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience working across teams and stakeholder groups
Comfortable working independently and proactively
Ideally some experience in a business support or operations role
