About the Opportunity

Starting Summer 2025, this full-time graduate programme offers hands-on experience across hotel departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office. Whether rotating through departments or stepping directly into a supervisory role, you’ll receive tailored development support including leadership training in finance, recruitment, and operations. With clear paths to management and ongoing mentorship from senior leaders, this is a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in luxury hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or related field
Completed a 26–48 week placement or equivalent operational experience
Previous experience in a UK hospitality setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for five-star service and guest experience
Committed to a career in luxury hospitality
