About the Opportunity

Join AECOM as a Graduate Geo-Environmental Consultant and support meaningful projects from day one. You’ll gain hands-on experience with site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation design, all while working under the guidance of industry experts. The role includes structured training through the ADVANCE Graduate Development Programme, technical mentoring, and support toward professional chartership. You’ll also benefit from flexible working, access to AECOM University, and real-world opportunities to build a long-term career in environmental consultancy.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant degree in environmental science, geology, geography, or engineering (MSc preferred)
Strong interest in contaminated land and environmental risk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and numerate skills
Comfortable working outdoors and travelling for fieldwork
Full driving licence (or access to reliable transport) beneficial
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Previous consultancy or field experience is a plus
