Our client, a dynamic and professional organization based in Glasgow, is offering remote legal work experience for motivated law students eager to develop their practical legal skills across Scots Law and UK national law.

About the Role:

You will have the opportunity to work directly on live legal cases preparing for court hearings before Judges and Sheriffs across Scotland.

Key responsibilities will include:

✅ Researching legislation, case law, and precedents

✅ Drafting legal reports, arguments, and submissions

✅ Preparing trial hearing bundles and written pleadings

✅ Anticipating cross-examination questions and preparing strategic answers

✅ Exposure to a variety of legal fields, primarily Scots Law with some broader UK Law
