About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Building Structures Engineer, you’ll join AECOM’s renowned Structural Engineering Practice and contribute to world-class developments from day one. Paired with a mentor, you'll gain hands-on experience across all design stages, work on diverse structural systems, and engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Your development will be supported by an ICE-accredited training programme, combining real-world project work, technical training, and career coaching, all designed to help you become a Chartered Engineer and take on increasing responsibility over time.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (accredited by ICE or IStructE)
- Enthusiasm for improving the built environment
- Strong desire to gain Chartered Engineer status
- Evidence of using or creating development opportunities
- Willingness to take initiative and collaborate across disciplines
