About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Pest Control Technician, you'll tackle real-world challenges while supporting customers and building technical expertise. This is a full-time, permanent role with industry-leading training and a competitive salary package starting at £29,848. Within 12–36 months, you can progress into roles such as Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager—with ongoing development and commission opportunities throughout your journey.
What We’re Looking For
- 2:2 degree or above in a science-based subject, social science, business management, hospitality, or tourism
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
- Willingness to work flexibly to support business needs
- Ability to pass a DBS check if required
