About the Opportunity

Join Hays as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and make the leap from sales to specialist recruitment. You’ll receive award-winning training, hands-on experience, and access to market-leading tools to help you thrive. You’ll grow client relationships, source top candidates, and close impactful deals—all while earning uncapped commission and working towards rapid promotions. After training, you can take advantage of flexible hybrid working and access global career opportunities.

Salary: £23,800–£24,500 + uncapped commission (OTE £28–32k in year one)
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri (40 hours/week)
