About the Opportunity
The Graduate Management Programme offers exceptional graduates the chance to rotate across core business functions — including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance — over 18–24 months. Each 6-month placement provides direct mentoring from a senior Kite leader, individual assessments, and performance bonuses. Graduates will develop broad commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Kite’s business, with the clear aim of stepping into a future management role.
What We’re Looking For
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (2025 graduates)
- Minimum AAB at A-Level (136 UCAS points)
- Fluent in English plus one of: French, German, Italian, Mandarin, or Spanish
- Strong numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Willingness to relocate every 6 months within the UK during the programme
Salary: £36,000 base + £4,000 OTE bonus & relocation support
