Are you a recent graduate degree to practical use? We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Site Engineer to join a well-established ground engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into the geo-environmental sector, working on real projects that make a difference.
You'll receive structured support and on-the-job training while developing core engineering skills through site investigations, contract management, technical reporting, and health & safety procedures. You'll be mentored by experienced engineers and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality delivery of geotechnical and environmental services.
What you'll do
- Assist in organising and delivering ground investigation projects.
- Help ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain effective communication between the site and office teams.
- Support contract delivery and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to project planning, logistics, and quality control.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What we're looking for
- A BSc (or MSc) in an Earth Sciences, Geology, Environmental Science or related subject.
- A genuine interest in fieldwork and a willingness to travel to sites across the UK.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence is highly desirable.
