About the Opportunity

This Customer Service Apprenticeship offers a Level 3 qualification while earning from day one. Over 18 months, you’ll split your time between structured learning and live customer support—resolving enquiries via phone, chat or email. You’ll be part of a specialist team supporting domestic or business customers, including those on prepayment meters. You’ll receive expert training, mentoring, and a starting salary of £18,334 (rising to £23,573 after 12 months), with career progression opportunities across the company.
