Quantity Surveyor
Ridgeway & Co are working with a well-established and rapidly growing RC Frame & Groundworks contractor as they look to expand their commercial team with Quantity Surveyors at all levels, from recent graduates to experienced Senior QS's, to work in their head office in Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for delivering major residential and commercial projects across London and the South East, offering structured training, real project exposure, and long-term progression.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting or leading (depending on experience) commercial management of RC frame and groundwork packages
Preparing tender documents, procurement schedules, and subcontractor comparisons
Attending site meetings, liaising with project teams and clients
Managing valuations, applications for payment, and variations
Preparing final accounts and cost reporting to senior management
Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduates with a Quantity Surveying degree
Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior QSs with experience in RC frame, groundworks, or civil engineering
Strong numerical and organisational skills
Self-motivated, with a proactive and detail-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence preferred (site travel required)
