Are you a Psychology graduate looking for experience working with children who have special educational needs (SEN) or behaviour challenges?
We’re hiring friendly and caring graduates to support students in schools across Surrey. You'll work with children with needs such as autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and trauma.

What you’ll do:
Support children 1:1 or in small groups
Help manage behaviour and emotions
Follow guidance from teachers and therapists
Build positive relationships with students
Create a calm, safe classroom environment
What we’re looking for:
✔ A Psychology degree (or similar)
✔ Interest in working with children with SEN
✔ Patience and a calm, positive attitude
✔ Experience with children is helpful but not required
✔ Available at least 3 days a week during term time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
