About the Opportunity

As a Service Charge Accounts Apprentice, you'll join a close-knit team supporting the delivery of year-end service charge accounts and client reporting. Alongside practical, hands-on responsibilities — from validating expenditure to producing final reports — you'll work toward either a Level 2 or Level 3 AAT qualification, with one study day per week. This permanent role offers a competitive salary (£22.5k–£24k DOE + £1,000 sign-on bonus), full benefits, and long-term development, including Savills' CPD programme and internal training.

What We’re Looking For

GCSE Maths & English at Grade 4/C or above
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and a team player mindset
No current enrolment in or possession of a university degree
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK, and commute within 1 hour of the office
