Teaching Assistant
Grade 4 £25,584 - £27,269 pro rata
10 hours per week, Term time only
Wednesday - Friday 8.40 - 12.00 noon

We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team, working primarily within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Working with small groups or individual students to provide additional support, especially in literacy and numeracy.
- Assisting with the implementation of the Read Write Inc phonics program to support early reading and writing development.
- Contributing to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
About You:- Experience in EYFS and Key Stage 1 – Familiarity with early years’ curriculum and teaching methods.
- Read Write Inc trained – Knowledge and experience of using the Read Write Inc phonics scheme.
- Passionate about helping children succeed and make progress.
