The Graduate Commercial Manager / Graduate Contracts Manager / Graduate Operations Manager shall be working remotely covering the UK, responsible for working closely with the sales and leadership teams, supporting commercial success, overseeing contract negotiations, pricing frameworks and terms with M&E customers.
The Graduate Commercial Manager / Graduate Contracts Manager / Graduate Operations Manager the ideal candidate will hold a degree in Law or a related discipline and demonstrate a keen interest in developing a career within contract negotiation and management in the engineering sector.
Package- £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Graduate Commercial Manager / Graduate Contracts Manager / Graduate Operations Manager Role- Lead commercial engagement with key M&E customers, securing competitive yet sustainable terms that align with strategic business goals.
- Review, negotiate, and manage customer contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are commercially viable and clearly documented.
- Ensure all contractual agreements are compliant, commercially sound, and accurately reflect agreed positions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support demand planning, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis across key accounts.
- Oversee rebate structures, ensuring calculations are accurate, timely, and transparently reported, with full audit traceability.
- Maintain and continuously improve up-to-date commercial templates, policies, and contract guidance for consistent use across the business.
Graduate Commercial Manager / Graduate Contracts Manager / Graduate Operations Manager Requirements- Proven experience in a commercial or contracts management role within the construction, M&E, or building services sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of contract terms, rebate structures, and complex commercial agreements.
- Degree-qualified in Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Confident in making commercially sound decisions on legal matters within a defined risk framework.
- Excellent technical understanding, with the ability to balance legal, operational, and commercial considerations effectively
- Keen interest in developing a career within contract negotiation and management in the engineering sector.
- Willingness to travel to project and customer sites across the UK as needed
