About the Opportunity
As an Operator Military Intelligence, you'll collect and assess key information to inform commanders and senior leaders. From briefing officers on cyber threats to embedding with frontline patrols, the role is varied, impactful, and intellectually stimulating. You'll receive full soldier training, then specialist intelligence education. You can earn recognised qualifications, including NVQs and degree-level credits — all while building a career that matters. Initial pay is £26,334, rising to £34,083 after trade training and promotion.
What We’re Looking For
- Aged 17 years & 9 months to 35 years & 6 months
- GCSE Grade A–C/9–4 (or Scottish National 5 Grade A–C) in:
- Maths and English Language
- 3 academic subjects (e.g. History, Science, Geography, Languages)
- Physically fit (beep test level 6.6, mid-thigh pull 50kg, medicine ball throw 2.7m)
- Willingness to work in high-security and fast-changing environments
