About the Opportunity
This part-time Personal Trainer role (14 hours/week) at Nuffield Health Cwmbran FWC offers paid gym floor hours and support to grow your personal training business—without rental fees.
You’ll deliver personal training sessions, gym inductions, and wellbeing programmes, with access to:
- Career development into Wellbeing Lead or management
- CPD opportunities including Les Mills and group cycle training
- Full access to Nuffield Health services, including gym, physio, and health assessments
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- Current CIMSPA Practitioner membership
- Approachable, confident communicator
- Strong motivation to help clients achieve results
- Willingness to support both PT and general gym duties
Location: Cwmbran | Type: Permanent, Part-Time (14 hours/week)
Salary: £29,045.12–£39,241.28 OTE pro rata
