About the Opportunity
The Strategy & Optimisation Graduate Scheme is a two-year, full-time programme offering rotational experience across multiple business teams, fully funded professional qualifications, and a competitive salary. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to AI, automation, customer journey design, and data analytics—developing real-world business skills in a supportive, innovative environment.
