About the Opportunity

The Strategy & Optimisation Graduate Scheme is a two-year, full-time programme offering rotational experience across multiple business teams, fully funded professional qualifications, and a competitive salary. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to AI, automation, customer journey design, and data analytics—developing real-world business skills in a supportive, innovative environment. Start with a Future Talent induction, build your network, and shape your long-term career at L&G. Role starts September 2025.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2:1 degree in any subject

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

✅ Confident communicator, written and verbal

✅ Organised, adaptable, and curious

✅ Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint

✅ Motivated to learn and develop within a collaborative team
