Hours - 22.5 per week working Wednesday to Friday (office based)
Sandwell Children’s Trust has a fixed term contract for a part-time Service Support Officer to cover maternity leave until February 2026 to provide Business Admin Support throughout the Quality Assurance Service. We are looking to appoint an experienced minute taker/administrator to provide comprehensive admin support to practitioners and managers.
The successful applicant will need to be proficient in minute taking, flexible, enjoy a challenge, work to tight deadlines and work as part of a team. If this is you, we look forward to receiving your application.
What you need to be successful in this role:
Will hold NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a business admin role.
Have experience in minute taking of complex meetings.
You need to be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Have good communication and telephone skills.
Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload.
You must also be able to work independently and work well as part of a team.
A standard DBS check will be required for this role.
