About the Opportunity

As a Graduate Civil Engineer in Bristol, you’ll work on major UK nuclear infrastructure projects like Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C. You’ll gain hands-on experience in structural design, FEM analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Supported by expert mentors, international training, and rapid progression opportunities, you’ll develop into a high-impact engineer while enjoying a generous 28-day holiday allowance, flexible work patterns, and an inclusive, collaborative culture.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Passion for engineering and interest in the nuclear industry
Strong teamwork, proactivity, and communication skills
Programming experience (beneficial)
Exposure to FEM structural software (beneficial)
