The Claims Handling Department, based in Bristol, is central to the firm’s insurance strategy, delivering high-quality outsourced claims services to leading insurers.

About the Opportunity

As a Claims Handling Administrator, you’ll support a busy, growing team managing professional indemnity claims. You'll play a key role in maintaining service standards and ensuring the smooth running of claims processes. Tasks range from data entry and managing correspondence to handling billing and producing reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to build foundational skills in legal and insurance administration while contributing to a crucial part of RPC’s business. The role is Bristol-based, with occasional travel to the London office.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or similar support role
Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong IT literacy and database management experience
A proactive and commercially aware mindset
Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines
Comfortable communicating with clients, brokers, and insurers

Location: Bristol | Salary: Competitive | Full-Time
