About the Opportunity

Join as a Bank Fitness Professional at Richmond Village Aston-on-Trent, where you'll support residents and spa members in achieving their fitness goals. This flexible, bank-based role pays £12.40 per hour and includes free meals, a paid induction, and access to ongoing development, including LinkedIn Learning and internal progression pathways. You’ll help run safe, engaging fitness activities, promote wellness services, and ensure a clean, supportive environment for all users.

What We’re Looking For

Approved fitness qualification (Level 2 or higher)
Knowledge of safe exercise practices and equipment use
Friendly, approachable and service-oriented
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Emergency pool responder qualification (desirable – can be provided)
Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and customer wellbeing

Location: Aston-on-Trent | Contract: Bank | Rate: £12.40/hour
