About the Opportunity
Starting in October 2025, this Customer Service Apprenticeship within NatWest’s Commercial & Institutional – Direct Sales & Relationship Management Team gives you the chance to launch your career in financial services with full technical training and an externally accredited Level 3 Financial Services Customer Advisor apprenticeship.
You’ll:
- Support customers to reach their financial goals
- Learn about financial regulations, banking services, and customer outcomes
- Receive dedicated mentoring, an individual learning plan, and regular feedback

- This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with flexible working options.

Eligibility:
