About the Opportunity
The 18–24 month Technical Engineering Graduate Specialist Programme offers an immersive experience in areas like Mechanical-Hydraulic Design, R&D, Testing, Simulation, Digitalisation, and Product Management. Based at the Glenrothes site, with an option for international placement, you’ll take on real responsibilities, receive expert mentorship, shape your own development journey, and build a global network across Bosch. This is an opportunity to deeply engage with cutting-edge hydraulic technologies and position yourself for a long-term engineering career within a global leader.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Technical Engineering or a related field
- Strong fundamentals in mathematics and engineering principles
- Industrial experience through relevant internships (preferably in manufacturing)
- Familiarity with development tools (e.g., CREO), SAP/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as part of job rotations
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
