Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Be the primary liaison for client enquiries, delivering a first-class service experience.
- Case Management: Proactively manage client cases, supporting them throughout the application process.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure client records are maintained in line with FCA standards and data protection regulations.
- Operational Support: Work with the Head of Client Relations to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Assist Financial Consultants with client-related administration and coordination.
- General Office Duties: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and assist with administrative tasks.
