About the Opportunity

Join RSM’s External Audit Graduate Apprenticeship in Stoke and immediately begin your journey toward the ACA qualification. You’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse client sectors, from owner-managed firms to large listed organisations and charities. Expect to take real ownership of tasks early on, access cutting-edge technology, and receive tailored training through a three-year development programme. This is a structured path to becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant, all while building a strong foundation for long-term career success.

What We’re Looking For

We value drive, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. Ideal candidates will have:

112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels (or equivalent), or 104 points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate

A predicted or obtained honours degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices
Permanent right to live and work in the UK
