About the Opportunity

Join RSM’s Consulting Graduate Programme and gain hands-on experience in Risk and Governance while studying towards a CIA/CMIIA qualification (or CA, depending on your path). From day one, you’ll work with a diverse client base—from local enterprises to global corporations—helping them tackle challenges and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.

You’ll collaborate across six core consulting solutions and engage with internal and external stakeholders, all while developing analytical, digital, and client-focused skills. You'll also be enrolled in RSM’s Evolve development programme and benefit from structured learning, mentorship, and wellbeing support designed to set you up for long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking bright, curious graduates who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a meaningful impact. You’ll need:

A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels (or equivalent)
A predicted/achieved honours degree
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Digital fluency and comfort using Microsoft Office
A desire to learn and develop continuously
The permanent right to live and work in the UK
