About the Opportunity

Join BT’s Level 4 Engineering Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship in Kingston starting 8th September 2025. This field-based role offers a £23,810 salary, a company van, and the chance to train with industry experts while gaining real-world engineering experience.

You’ll work on power and cooling systems that underpin BT’s national network — maintaining and testing hardware at exchange buildings, rooftops, and outdoor sites. Over three years, you'll gain a nationally recognised qualification through block release at Stoke College, with 20% of your time dedicated to study. It’s a practical, problem-solving role for curious minds who enjoy fixing and building things with purpose.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Two A-Levels (minimum CC), including Maths at grade B or higher

✅ Five GCSEs (grades 4-9), including English and Maths

✅ Full manual UK driving licence

✅ Live within 45 minutes of Kingston (KT2 6RX)

✅ Passion for engineering, electronics, or problem-solving

✅ Hands-on, team-oriented, and ready to work in the field
