About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager at our Bishop’s Stortford store (up to £31,950 + 25% bonus). You’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching your team, and delivering exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail leadership experience (e.g. Supervisor, Assistant Manager)
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for health & beauty and delivering excellent customer service
