About the Opportunity
Join the 2025 Graduate Paramedic (NQP) Programme in the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board region and take your first step toward becoming a fully Qualified Paramedic (Band 6). This role offers a robust induction, support from Advanced Paramedic Practitioners, and use of the Paramedic Pathfinder tool to aid clinical decision-making. You’ll work across varied patient caseloads in one of the UK’s best-equipped ambulance fleets, building your confidence and competence in frontline care.
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year Paramedic Science student or graduate
- HCPC registration in progress
- IHCD Qualified or Certified Ambulance Paramedic
- Strong communication and decision-making under pressure
- Experience in sensitive, high-pressure environments
- UK driving licence (max 3 points; C1 required by 16 June 2025)
