Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work with a variety of students across KS3 and KS4, supporting teaching staff and contributing to a dynamic learning environment. Your role will involve academic mentoring, small group work, and in-class support across multiple subjects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing in-class support across subjects and year groups
Working with students who need additional academic support
Supporting students with SEN through structured interventions
Collaborating with teachers and the pastoral team
Encouraging student engagement, motivation, and confidence
Providing feedback on student development
