Skills:

Proven sales track record (ideally in New Build/Social Housing)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong numeracy & organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Achieve annual/quarterly sales targets
Develop & retain clients through consultative selling
Lead generation (cold calling, site visits, networking)
Present product range & deliver training to wholesale channels
Manage customer expectations & ensure satisfaction
