Wombourne Leisure Centre is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Assistant Manager to assist with the operational management of Council leisure facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, customer care and health & safety, to lead shifts as the responsible member of staff on duty, providing supervision of leisure centre staff.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the performance management of the Council health & fitness membership products by leading the team ensuring the appropriate sales and retention processes are followed.
Hours of Work - 37 hours per week; involves evening and weekend working.

It is essential that applicants have previous experience in, but not limited to, the operation of a leisure centre, knowledge of health & safety and risk assessments and Microsoft packages. A First Aid at Work Certificate is also essential for this position and will be required within 3 months of appointment.
